What We Do

We don't just guess with generic code readers. We use ODIS (Offboard Diagnostic Information System) — the exact same software the main dealer uses. From complex TFSI engine rebuilds to Haldex 4WD servicing and component protection removal, we are fully equipped for modern VAG vehicles.

DSG & S-Tronic Gearbox Issues

Jerky pull-aways or missed gears? The Mechatronics unit or dual clutches may be failing. Routine fluid and filter changes (every 40k miles) prevent this.

2.0 TFSI Oil Consumption

Early Audi and VW 2.0T engines are notorious for burning oil due to piston ring design or a failed PCV valve. We can diagnose and fix excessive oil usage.

Water Pump & Thermostat Leaks

Losing coolant but can't see a puddle? The plastic thermostat and water pump housings on the 1.8 and 2.0 TSI engines frequently crack and leak internally.

TDI DPF & EGR Blockages

If your diesel Golf or A3 only drives around town, the DPF will block, triggering limp mode. We provide deep-cleaning and component replacement.

FAQ

How often does my DSG gearbox need servicing?

For most 6-speed and 7-speed wet-clutch DSG/S-Tronic gearboxes, the oil and filter must be changed every 40,000 miles to prevent complete mechatronic failure.

What is a Haldex service and does my car need it?

If you have a Quattro or 4Motion vehicle (like an Audi S3 or VW Golf R), the Haldex coupling needs its oil and filter changed every 3 years or 30k miles to keep the all-wheel-drive system working.

Can you update the Audi/VW Digital Service Schedule?

Yes, we have access to the VAG Erwin portal and log all services directly to your car’s digital history.

My engine management light is on, is it safe to drive?

If the light is solid yellow, drive carefully to us for a diagnostic. If it is flashing yellow or red, pull over immediately — driving further will damage the catalytic converter or engine.
